Returns and refunds
Every book here is pre-loved, and we check each one page by page before it goes on sale. We grade it honestly and note anything you should know. If it reaches you and isn't what we said, we'll make it right.
Not as described? Tell us within 3 days
Missing or torn pages we didn't mention, damage worse than the grade, scribbles we missed, or the wrong book: WhatsApp us a photo within 3 days of delivery, with your order number.
We'll give you a full refund for that book, or swap it for another copy if we have one. If the whole order was wrong, we refund the delivery too.

Usually not. For most books a photo is enough, and you can keep the book or pass it on. If we do need it back in Delhi NCR, our delivery person collects it at no cost to you.
Changed your mind?
Each book is a single pre-loved copy at a small price, so we can't take books back because they weren't the right fit or your child already has them. Do look at the photos, grade and age before you order, and ask us on WhatsApp if you're unsure. We're happy to send more photos.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before we send it. Please call us on +91 81302 86286 with your order number, and we'll cancel it for you. Once it's on the way, we can't stop it, but the 3-day promise above still applies.
How refunds reach you
- Paid online: back to the same card, UPI or bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
- Paid cash on delivery: by UPI to your number, usually within 2 working days.
