Jack & the Beanstalk (Young Reading Level 1)

by Katie daynes

Only this one copy. When it's gone, it's gone.

This is a simple retelling of the old story about Jack, a boy who trades his family's cow for a handful of magic beans. The beans grow into a giant beanstalk that leads him up into the clouds, where a giant lives. Small children who are just starting to read on their own will enjoy the short sentences and the familiar story, and it is also lovely to read aloud at bedtime.
